  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  4. Securely pack the product and ship it back to us.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products missing parts or accessories
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.
  • If you paid via bank transfer or any local payment method in Pakistan, the refund will be processed accordingly.
